Last Updated: October 23, 2023

AI Foundation is committed to building and creating helpful, unique, and powerful customer experiences for all our customers and end users, including individuals utilizing assistive technology, such as speech recognition software and screen readers.

We understand accessibility is a journey and our team is ongoingly taking steps to improve AI Foundation’s service around accessibility. Similar to our Data Privacy efforts, we follow internationally recognized standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Our internal and third-party consultants help provide monitoring and testing of the general accessibility of our services, diagnose and pinpoint any usability issues as well as interfacing together in providing remediation as determined.

The fundamental way in which we have built our platform and service entails accessibility at the core giving people the choice of being able to write or speak directly to our system. General concepts approaches we have taken regarding accessibility are:

  • Enabling a multi-modal experience of being able to chat using a keyboard or fully accessed by speaking using a microphone to engage with our services

  • Alternative text descriptions and labels populate showcasing which elements are on the page for clearer understanding

  • Structural markups regarding headings, paragraphs, lists, and page titles to help in overall comprehension with assistive technology services

  • Offering sufficient contrast and color differences amongst elements and components on the page

Our Accessibility Conformance Report based on the VPAT® can be requested by contacting us below.
